Sahil Khan's Arms Workout

We are back for you with whole lot of new stuff. As we all know that these days fitness is a major challenge we face due to our busy schedule and we do not get enough time to focus on health which could lead us to the monotonous life style.


So guys, Team Sahil Khan is here to assist you with  new stuff and don't worry these exercises are going to help you to build a proper and perfect upper arm or we would say a healthy upper body workout which is going to help you to build stronger and healthier upper arms and if you follow this routine enthusiastically it will give you positive results day by day. So what are you waiting for, let's quickly start the routine for yourself...

So basically people go to Gym for three motives - Weight Lifting, Body Building and Fitness. In the video you'll see that Sahil Khan is working on the arms with moderate weights yet so intense and here is the secret -:

1) Biceps Machine Preacher Curls Single Handed ::: 5 Sets/20 Reps

2) Rope Triceps Extension ::: 5 Sets/30 Reps

3) Hammer Curls ::: 5 Sets/25 Reps

4) Close Grip Bench Press ::: 4 Sets/12 Reps

5)Overhead Cable Triceps  :::: 5 Sets/20 Reps

6) Barbell Biceps Curls ::: 5 Sets/15 Reps

As such there is no order and you can follow the routine anywhichways you like however be sure to do these lifts under professionals(intermediate will also work) as these all are professional lifts and need moderate expertise to work on.

If you follow the routine like for even just 3-4 months you'll see drastic change in upper body specifically in arms and yes it's true that practice makes the man perfect. So best of luck guys for next healthy day, put the music on and start burning yourself.
